Return & Exchange Policy

At Adhvikaa Eco Friendly, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our eco-friendly products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Timeframe

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Customized Products

Please note that customized invitations and personalized gifts are made to order and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part during production. We encourage you to review all proofs carefully before final approval.

3. Return Process

• Contact our support team at support@adhvikaa.in with your order number.
• Specify the reason for the return and provide photographic evidence if the item is damaged.
• Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
• Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
