Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return a standard non-customized item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original zero-waste packaging.

Please note that customized invitations and personalized return gifts are crafted to order and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part. We encourage reviewing all digital proofs carefully prior to final approval.

• Contact our support team at support@adhvikaa.in with your Order Reference ID.
• Specify the reason for the return and attach photos if the parcel arrived damaged.
• Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
• Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
